My inspiration is a blend of love stories, the woods, the ruggedness and grit of the Wild West, the timeless vibes of the 70s, the evocative power of black and white film, the spirit of surfing, the allure of fashion, and the nostalgia carried by memories collected by my parents from their own travels. I could sit on the front porch with Momma and go through old year books and family albums all day listening to records and drinking sweet tea. To me, photography is a way to encapsulate emotions, stories, and moments, holding them still in time.
