Meeting the band in the desert.

I came across Justin Jeansonne's instagram and instantly connected with his style and vibe so I sent him a message. A few weeks later we planned a shoot in the desert of Bisbee, Arizona. We met in the eclectic old city of Lowell. Justin and his band had driven their iconic rv, Little Jake. We got a ton of awesome footage on super 8 film video and on my grandmother's 35mm film camera. The band's vibe of southern yet western and cowboy vintage was quite the vibe. We got more shots down by Bisbee's pit then finished up at the Hitching Post. We even got a few shots of Justin and his harmonica player on top of the building, which came out sick. The next day we met for a few shots in Tombstone, Arizona. Again, the band was the total vibe there. The last bit of film I used was the band driving out on the highway in Little Jake - it was awesome.

It is always a pleasure meeting up with new artist with similar style. The band was great to work with and hope to see them live soon!
